Ingredients

For the strawberry lemonade smoothies:

  • ~20 strawberries , green part removed
  • zest , juice and flesh of one whole lemon (seeds and pithe removed)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • pinch salt

For the mint lemonade swirl:

  • 1 banana
  • zest , juice and flesh of one whole lemon (seeds and pithe removed)
  • 2 big handfuls of spinach
  • handful of mint leaves
  • pinch salt
  • splash of nondairy milk

Instructions

For the strawberry lemonade smoothies:

  1. Freeze the prepped strawberries, lemon flesh, and banana for at least 2 hours.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add mint lemonade swirl if desired.

For the mint lemonade swirl:

  1. Fresh the prepped banana and lemon flesh for at least 2 hours.
  2. Combine in a blender. Add the spinach and mint slowly until combined. Mix in a pinch of salt and add a splash of nondairy milk if needed to fully blend the greens.
