Heat a cast iron or regular skillet over medium heat. Add all of the ingredients except for the salt, and cook, stirring constantly, for about 60 seconds or until just starting to become fragrant. Remove from the heat immediately and stir in the salt.
Leftover everything bagel seasoning, once cooled, can be stored in an airtight container for weeks.
Be sure to use dried onion and garlic, which comes in larger chunks, as opposed to onion or garlic powder. They are distinct products.
