    Hope you are well and had a good bank holiday.

    I’m working with a client who is interested in expanding into the plant-based food industry, and we wanted the opinion of a plant-based blogger regarding vegan diets and the importance of using plant-based products in your food.

    Are you able to answer a few quick questions for us? I have listed them below if you do get a chance, that would be great:
    What is your view on plant-based food and nutrition?
    What plants are owning benefits in the industry?
    Your general view on plant oils – are they good/bad in your opinion?
